The Clarets top scorer, of Badger Close, Accrington, appeared before Burnley magistrates yesterday and pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath and resisting or obstructing a police constable..
The court appearances follow an incident when his Vauxhall Tigra was stopped by police officers during a routine check in Coal Clough Lane, Burnley, in October.
