I READ with utter disgust the letter from Mr Collins which appeared in last week's Citizen (Feb 3).
What his letter tries to prove is unclear, but it makes one point: he was utterly useless in his attempts to motivate the voters.
And judging by his trumpet-blowing (I this and I that all the way through) it is no wonder.
Nobody asked him to stand in the cold. He did it because he wanted too.
As a life-long Labour voter, I am half-tempted to change my allegiances after hearing him spout off.
Thank goodness he wields no power in the Town Hall.
