IN reply to the letter published in the Citizen (Jan 13) entitled Different Rules For Postmen, I absolutely agree, but it is not just postmen but youths, too, doing paper rounds with no lights on their bikes.
Their bosses should make newspaper boys and girls get lights fitted on their bikes or no job.
Cyclists seem to be a law unto themselves and think riding on a public footpath is acceptable. Mind you, where are the police to enforce this law?
