THE family of a young cystic fibrosis sufferer are setting up a fund-raising group for Darwen and Blackburn.
Susan and Gary Harley, of Minster Crescent, Darwen, have donated more than £4,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in the past 12 months and want to continue their support. Their eldest daughter, Natasha, five, suffers from the condition, which greatly reduces life expectancy and causes lung and digestion problems.
Susan said: "We want to raise money to help find a cure to help people like Natasha. There is no fund-raising group in this area at the moment. We want to hear from anybody who wants to help out." Details from Susan on 01254 704830.
