A 53-YEAR-OLD man appeared in court charged with five charges of harassing female staff at Blackburn Magistrates' Court in Northgate.
James Aindow, of Queen Street, Whalley, appeared before magistrates in Blackburn, but the case was immediately transferred to Preston magistrates and Aindow was bailed to appear there on February 17.
A condition of bail is that he does not communicate with any member of staff at Blackburn Magistrates' Court by tape, letter or telephone.
