A 56-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with four offences of raping a 14-year-old girl.
Gilbert Young, of Fieldway, Wigan, is also charged with three offences of indecent assault against the same girl.
The case was sent straight to Preston Crown Court and Young was remanded on bail with a condition that he does not enter Darwen.
