MORE than 200 people danced the night away to raise cash for East Lancashire's own Variety Club appeal.
A Valentine's Ball was staged at the Blues cafe bar at Ewood as the latest event in aid of the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce-backed appeal which aims to help disadvantaged children.
An East Lancashire branch of the Variety Club was launched last year to raise thousands of pounds in a Millennium Appeal.
Hundreds of local businesses are being asked to put forward good causes they feel should benefit from money raised.
