A GEOGRAPHY project was spiced up for youngsters at a Pendle primary school thanks to an Indian restaurant.
Children at Coates Lane School, Barnoldswick, were given a taste of what they had been writing about during a visit by Shafiq Raj Mia, of the Nila Indian restaurant, Rawtenstall.
He took along a chef and some Indian dishes for the children to try and spoke about Indian food and how it is made.
The visit was part of a project on India.
