A 24-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with sex assaults on two young girls.
Michael James Aspin, of Plantation Street, Accrington, is charged with indecently assaulting a 12-year-old girl in November last year and indecently assaulting another girl of a similar age before March 1998.
Aspin, who is currently on remand for unrelated offences, was granted technical bail. His solicitor Graeme Parkinson said he would deny the charges.
