A CENTRE set up to equip East Lancashire employees with management skills has welcomed its 200th member.
Design manager Andrew Rhodes (pictured), from Nelson-based Graham Engineering, is studying for an NVQ level four through the ELTEC NVQ centre at Clayton-le-Moors.
"It will help me polish up my management skills and make real improvements at work so both myself and Graham Engineering have something to gain from the qualification," said Andrew.
