READING your headline "Misery on the Metro" prompts me to write concerning the reliability of this service.
It is now impossible to assess the time needed to travel to an important meeting when arriving punctually is essential.
Waiting 40 minutes for a tram to arrive, while counting four trams going in the opposite direction, is what I call frustrating.
And when announcements are given very few of those waiting have any idea of what has been said.
In these circumstances, which occur too often, the relentless ticking of your watch becomes a nightmare.
