A MILLENNIUM musical at Ightenhill County Primary School, Burnley, will now be performed at the beginning of next month. This week's planned shows were stopped by the traffic gridlock caused by Wednesday's icy road conditions.
Two performances for parents will now be given after the half term break on Wednesday and Thursday, March 1 and 2. The show "Moving On" is about what is important for the millennium such as communications, technology and fashion and involves pupils from years five and six.
Deputy head Maggie Crooks said: "The final message at the end of the day is that all those are irrelevant when compared to love and Jesus."
