THERE was something fishy going on at Blackpool Sea Life Centre last weekend, but luckily a high street store was on hand to help.
A freezer fault meant that the tropical sharks' tasty fish supper perished, leaving the staff with a hunger crisis.
But Sea Life's head of displays, Michael Baker, sent staff on a mission to Marks & Spencer where they purchased fresh salmon and a selection of frozen fish.
Sea Life manager Della Belk rang the branch to personally thank them and ended up striking a deal whereby Sunday shoppers at the store can also make a two-for-the-price-of-one visit to the Centre.
