A NEW tagging system to foil baby-snatchers was keeping mums and staff on their toes.
The system in the new maternity unit at Queen's Park Hospital, Blackburn, activated an electronic alarm when a baby was moved away from the ward area.
The hospital's League of Friends had raised £3,000 to buy the security tags.
