The Surridge Dawson vehicle hit the perimeter wall of Brookside Nurseries in Roundhill Road, Haslingden, at about 8am.
The road, which links Haslingden to Blackburn and Oswaldtwistle, was blocked on one side as a recovery vehicle lifted the van from the wall.
