MENCAP, the leading charity for people with a learning disability, has organised two exciting cycle challenges for November, 2000.
How about embarking on an 11-day, 420-kilometre adventure across Costa Rica, through jungle and rainforest?
Alternatively, you may prefer a 10-day 400-kilometre ride through the winding Himalayas to the Ganges and a visit to the Taj Mahal.
Both rides will help to raise vital funds for people with learning disabilities to live full and active lives. All you need to do is pay a £200 registration fee and minimum sponsorship requirement and then flights, food and accommodation are all covered.
For further details call 0645 777 779 or write to Cycle Costa Rice/India, Mencap, FREEPOST, London EC1B 1AA.
ANTHEA TURNER, for Mencap.
