BROWNIES, guides and rainbows from across East Lancashire travelled to Blackburn Rovers Ewood Park ground to celebrate Thinking Day.
More than 300 girls took part in the movement's annual event on Tuesday and each brought books which are to be given to charity.
Blackburn's divisional secretary Sue Dickinson said they would be sent to Africa through BookAid, which is the movement's adopted charity in the year 2000.
