SCHOOLGIRLS manned the tills at Tesco superstore, Blackburn, when staff dressed up to promote this year's computer voucher scheme.
About 90 schools in East Lancashire are taking part in the scheme to collect Tesco's coupons until April and exchange them for high-tech equipment.
Businesses are also signing up to collect vouchers on behalf of schools, including the T J Hughes store, B&Q and Graham and Brown wallcoverings.
Customers can win extra coupons by guessing the right answers in quizzes and there will also be voucher treasure hunts next month in the Hill Street store.
