TONY Parkes is against bringing too much technology into the game and feels that most decisions should be left to the referee.
"Hopefully we can keep the cameras off the pitch in terms of offsides, penalties etc," he said. "People accepted referees' decisions in years gone by but they don't accept them any more because Sky have 20 cameras around the ground.
"I think cameras can only help with deciding if the ball is over the line and off-the-ball incidents. Leave the rest to the referee and carry on as we have done for 120 years."
And the Ewood boss is a fan of the match officials Rovers have had this season.
"I think they are better referees in the Nationwide League. They show much more commonsense," he said. "But it has come into the Premiership in recent weeks.
"I must be different to most managers, I usually blame the players (not the ref) when we lose."
