BLACKBURN Rovers' disabled fans are celebrating thanks to the good behaviour of all the fans who watch football at Ewood Park.
A £20,000 fans fair play award has been handed to the club through an FA Premier League scheme and has enabled the Rovers Disabled Supporters' Association to buy a purpose-built minibus.
Rovers were given the cash on the proviso that it would be used for a community-based initiative and the disabled supporters' group got the vote.
The bus is now on the road thanks to a bit of extra help from Greyhound Ford, Accrington.
Rovers' secretary Tom Finn said: "It is wonderful to see the money being used in this way. We have always had very close links with the Disabled Supporters' Association and hopefully this reflects our gratitude for all their efforts in following us around the country."
Chairman of the association Guy Wignall said: "One of our leading members Colin Barley passed away recently so we have decided to name the bus after him.
"Colin always loved going to the away games and it is lovely that he can still be with us wherever we go."
