A TWO-DAY self-employment course at Burnley Football Club received such a good response it ended up overbooked.
The Business Ideas Workshop, organised by Burnley Enterprise, was a free advice session for anyone wanting to set up in business, whether or not they had an idea for their venture.
The course was led by Barrie Hawkins, author of the book Think Up A Business and those who attended were shown a video about the experiences of other people on similar courses.
Mr Hawkins said: "I base this course on my own experience of trying to find a business idea after I was made redundant. I discovered there exists a whole range of techniques to generate ideas for business."
Project officer Lesley Jacques is looking to organise another of the courses for those who missed out.
