THE newly refurbished Darwen Library Theatre played host to more than 70 singers during a weekend workshop called With One Voice.
The event was organised by Blackburn with Darwen Council and included four different singing tutors on each day.
Pete Moser, of More Music in Morecambe, was among the tutors who attended the event on Saturday.
He said: "The workshop was aimed at opening people up to their own voices and giving them an insight into ways of singing different kinds of music.
"During the day they were involved in singing everything from gospel to world music and even writing songs."
