A MAN accused of killing his cousin in an Oswaldtwistle pub has had his case committed to Crown Court.
James Bruce Singleton, 29, of Kingfisher Court, Oswaldtwistle, is accused of the manslaughter of 25-year-old Mark Taylor.
He was granted bail on condition that he lives at The Fords, Bonfire Hill, West Sussex; that he stays out of Hyndburn, and that he does not approach prosecution witnesses.
Bail was granted after Singleton's mother and stepfather, Christine and John Hornsby, of Richmond Close, Knuzden, offered a surety of £50,000.
