POLICE need information to track the driver of a car used to run down a man.
Mehl Singh, 26, of Preston, was run over and set on fire in Water Street, Chorley, at around 6pm on Tuesday.
A white Renault Laguna, N350 GKH, was found in Paradise Street, Blackburn, near the police station, at about 11pm on Tuesday.
