ONLY four clubs boast a higher average attendance than Rovers in the First Division so far this season.

The Ewood average is 19,008 with a highest crowd of 24,743. Top of the table are Manchester City (average 32,012), followed by Wolves (21,306), Birmingham (21,018) and Charlton (19,497).

Biggest single crowd in the First Division so far was the attendance of 33,027 who packed into Maine Road for the Manchester City v Rovers game.

ALTHOUGH Rovers regarded Tuesday's draw with Norwich as two points dropped, it did put them out in the clear as the First Division side with the best unbeaten home run.
