A POLICE search for an 82-year-old resident who was reported missing from an Accrington nursing home was called off after he was found safe and well in the grounds.
The man, who police said suffers from dementia, was reported missing by management at Springhill House Nursing and Residential Care Home, Fairfield Street, at 6.30pm on Thursday.
