HOW marvellous it was to read your front page article (Citizen: 23 March).
It is certainly reassuring to know that when we pay our Council Tax, the money is being spent by people who really know what they are doing.
And such an imaginative choice, from dozens of entries: a project to plant eleven upside-down pine trunks with intact roots. The word art immediately springs to mind. I can sense the feeling of awe and wonder as passers-by gaze at this amazing sight.
But is it really art? Is it ********! Alas it's retarded thinking.
