THOSE upside trees everyone's been talking about where installed along the Lancaster to Caton cyclepath this week.
Regular readers of our popular letters pages will know that the £7,000 public art work has provoked controversy across the district.
Artist Giles Kent believes that his 'upside down trees' will eventually win over a cynical public but Halton residents are especially upset at the Millennium Riverside project, which they claim has ruined a lovely countryside walk.
