TECHNICAL tapes manufacturer Scapa has completed its transformation with the sale of a textiles firm.
The Blackburn based company has sold Bury-based P&S Textiles to Arville Textiles of Wetherby.
The disposal completed the change of focus into a technical tapes firm. In the past year it has sold a number of businesses include Scapa-Scandia in Blackburn and Scapa Filtration of Haslingden.
Scapa now employs 600 in the UK with manufacturing and support sites in 13 countries across the world.
Its products are used to insulate, protect repair and assemble products and components.
