A FLASHER indecently exposed himself to a young girl on Friday, between 8.05am and 8.10 am, when she was walking down Scholar Green Lane in Morecambe.
The 14-year-old suddenly became aware of a white male standing in the bushes with his trousers undone.
He was described as being 5ft 7ins - 5ft 8ins aged between late 20s and early 30s, of a slim build - closely shaven with dark hair.
He was wearing jeans and a purple three quarter length waterproof coat. He had a tan and white dog with him - possibly a King Charles Spaniel.
The man and the dog had also been seen the day before. The police are anxious for more information.
