LANCASHIRE Lynx coach Steve Hampson has lost the services of Adrian Meade for the testing visit of form side Hull Kingston Rovers.
Meade has been recalled to Oldham because of their injury crisis, but Paul Roberts and Damian Potter could be fit to return after injury.
David Jones is still unfit with a shoulder problem while recent loan signing from Wigan, Martin Roden, will make his home debut. Lynx are also looking at some of the Great Britain students team, whose coach is confident that they would easily hold their own in the Northern Ford Premiership, along with a number of the Irish team who recently played against the USA.
After a slow start to the season Hull KR are now the form side of the Northern Ford Premiership and last Sunday's victory over promotion rivals Widnes was their fifth in a row, which has seen them move up to second place in the table just one point behind leaders Leigh.
Star of the show last week was captain Whetu Taewa and he was well-supported by half backs Leroy Joe and Mark Hewitt and Lynx's tackling will have to show a marked improvement on recent games if they are not going to suffer another heavy defeat at the hands of an in-form team.
Lynx will select from: Roberts, Kay, Farrell, O'Loughlin, Garcia, Alexander, Parker, Prescott, Roden, Norton, Vincent, Smith, Doherty, Butler, Potter, Houghton, Pekepo, Ramsdale, Lewis. 3pm start.
