FORMER pupils of Darwen Secondary Technical School travelled from all corners of the country for a reunion.
Almost 200 pupils and teachers from years 1946-1972 attended the party at the County Hotel, Blackburn, to find out what has happened since they shared the same classrooms. The school's former deputy head, Howard Peters, was among the party-goers.
One of the organisers, Doreen Rawstron, said: "It was a great success and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves. This is our second reunion in three years and we may have another in a few years time."
