MARTIN John Paul Fish was ordered to do 150 hours community service after pleading guilty to driving while more than three times the legal alcohol limit.
Fish, 18, of Bolton Road, Blackburn, was also disqualified for 30 months and ordered to pay £55 costs by Blackburn magistrates.
He agreed to be referred to the drink drivers' rehabilitation scheme which could result in a 25 per cent reduction in his disqualification.
