AN all-girl team from Walshaw High School lifted the Burnley Young Enterprise trophy.
Laura Gledhill, managing director of the company, called 2K Nouveau, joined fellow pupils Christina Smith, Jameela Khan and Maria Sarwar for a formal business presentation at a suite at Turf Moor.
The company have been selling a variety of products, the main two being bulbs and plants in decorated pots and CD clocks, and returned home from the presentation with £225 and a handful of trophies.
They won best stall at the Christmas fair, an award for the sale of the most goods at the Christmas fair, best marketing report and overall winner after fighting off competition from seven-time winners Barden.
They will go on to the area final in May, to compete with other schools from East Lancashire.
The Barden team, Millennium Mice, finished second.
Third place was shared by two Habergham High companies, All Your Own and Outrage.
