BRUSH up on your road skills and it could save your life.
That's the message from Lancashire police, who are hosting a special "driving day" to refresh motorists' skills behind the wheel.
"Drive to Survive 2000", organised by the Lancashire Partnership Against Crime in conjunction with the Constabulary, will be held at Hutton headquarters from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday, May 7.
Drivers of all ages and experience are welcome to attend the event, but police are particularly keen to attract those who regularly drive long distances.
Cost per person will be £52.88 (£45, plus VAT) with each delegate receiving a personalised certificate of attendance.
Places are limited to just 96 people so book you place now by calling LANPAC conference co-ordinator Julie Parkinson on (01772) 618570.
