POLICE are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed a robbery at a local bookmakers.
Two men burst into Dones Bookmakers in Blackbrook Road, Blackbrook, at about 3.30pm on Monday, April 10. They jumped over the counter and forced the two female members of staff into the back of the shop while they emptied the tills.
The men then escaped with a small amount of cash.
The robbers are described as white, early 20s to 30s, one was about 6ft tall and the other was shorter. Both men wore dark clothing, baseball caps and sunglasses.
