THE 21st Hoghton Tower Sprint attracted more than 200 competitors, with proceeds going to the trustees of Hoghton Tower.
The event, now in its 21st year, was organised by North Western Centre Auto Cycle Union and Marshals North West and was open to both vintage and modern motorbikes in 16 different classes, from 250cc to 1300cc.
David Banks, president of the North Western Centre Auto Cycle Union, said: "We'd like to thank Sir Bernard and Lady de Hoghton for their continued interest and support. We would also like to thank all riders, owners of motor cycles on display, trade supporters, sponsors, trophy providers and all spectators."
Andrew Jenkin, from Oswaldtwistle, is pictured admiring his dad Chris's 1970 Truimph 750cc. Both Andrew and Chris competed in the Sprint.
