A BLACKBURN woman is set to make her debut at the Royal Albert Hall, London, playing alongside Julian Lloyd Webber.
Oboe and cor anglais player Catherine Earnshaw (pictured), of Beardwood, will be playing in the orchestra accompanying Julian on Tuesday when he plays the Elgar Cello Concerto.
The event will be recorded by Classic FM.
Catherine, a former principal oboe player with the Lancashire Students' Symphony Orchestra, is now in her third year studying at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow.
She is also due to perform in the National Musicians' Symphony Orchestra later this year.
