YOUNGSTERS from a Blackburn primary school celebrated the end of an Ofsted inspection by holding a special African concert.
Pupils at Sacred Heart RC Primary School, St Silas Road, donned African costume to end the term on a bright note.
The school invited in African singer Raymond Otto, of the Takalani Dance Theatre, who is based near Leeds, for two days to help the pupils prepare for their last-day bash. Headteacher Paul Heaton said: "Raymond took part in a family day last year and it went down very well. We invited him back so all the school could work with him. It is a nice way to end the term and celebrate what we believe has been a very successful inspector's visit."
