AN AWARD winning fitness facility is going to the dogs.
North West Water spokesman Ian Walker has slammed dog owners for letting animals foul a Trimtrail at Lever Park, Rivington.
The facility, opened more than two years ago, earned a special commendation from Chorley Civic Society.
