St George's Day came a week early for Radcliffe Scouts and Guides.
Because the day coincides with Easter Sunday this year, the traditional parade was held seven days early.
More than 200 youngsters belonging to Scout and Guide units in Radcliffe took part in the procession from Red Bank Fields to St Thomas and St John Church.
They are pictured during the procession with the St George's standard leading the way.
The inter-denominational service was led by the Rev Chris Denney of Wesley Methodist Church and the blessing was given by the Rev Chich Hewitt of St Thomas and St John.
During the service there was a presentation of awards to those involved in the youth movements.
