FORMER England international Paul Stewart was in Blackpool last weekend.
The veteran football star was in search of young, talented footballers to take part in the Snickers "streetzone" football tournament.
The tournament will take place throughout the European Championships in Amsterdam at the end of June and involves boys aged 12 and 13.
The idea of the competition is to bring football back to its "jumpers for goalposts" roots with matches being played in the streets and clothing used for goalposts, as well as a unique and fantastic opportunity for kids.
Paul Stewart was watching the Blackpool Cup at Common Edge Football Ground, Marton, on Saturday, hoping to find some top talent who may then be selected to receive training in London, and then be managed in Amsterdam by Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley.
