HONEY BARBECUE BANANAS
4 bananas
4-g tbsps honey with lemon juice
50g desiccated coconut
LEAVE the bananas unpeeled and wrap individually in foil.
Place around the edge of the hot barbecue for about 15 minutes.
Put the shredded coconut onto a square of foil and put over the barbecue for a few seconds to toast.
Take care as this can burn easily.
Leave the bananas partially wrapped in foil, split the skins open and squeeze honey over the fruit.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut and eat with a spoon straight from the skin.
