LUCKY youngsters from across a Blackburn estate were handed free Easter eggs thanks to a children's charity.
Barnardos held a special activity day on the Shadsworth estate and distributed more than 200 chocolate eggs to local children.
The Easter eggs were collected on behalf of the charity by the Burnley shop Yours More in the run up to the Easter break.
Barnardos organiser Julie Skorupka said: "We were absolutely delighted to receive these eggs and we have made sure they have been distributed to families who will appreciate them the most."
Eight-year-old Nicole Gregson is pictured choosing an egg off the stack with Julie.
