WOODLANDS officer Keith Wilson is offering two spring morning walks to give folk a chance to see the Forest of Burnley team's latest creations.
Both walks set out from Towneley Hall on Sunday, May 7, and there is a choice.
A 10.30am start from the hall entrance will take visitors on a short, easy stroll of about a mile around Towneley Woods.
This is particularly suitable for all the family.
The second walk is for the dedicated and fit -- seven miles -- and visits a number of the new Burnley woodlands before returning to Townley, including the recently planted Dunnockshaw scheme.
This starts from the hall entrance at 11.30 am, walkers need to be fit and equipped with walking boots, waterproofs and a packed lunch.
