TYLDESLEY RU hit the ton in their final fixture of the season.
They thrashed Broughton in a stunning 105-5 performance -- after the home side had stolen a quickfire lead.
That was to be their one and only decent attacking move as Tyldesley switched into high gear and steamed in for tries from every angler.
Flanker Craig Pulman began the rout and was quickly followed by Gary Corbett, David Sivill, Darren Edge, Lee
Cunliffe and Mark Swanton.
Tyldesley continued to dominate with 18-year-old Shaun Pulman always making good ground and the forwards
controlling the ball to unleash the power of the back-line.
Tyldesley swapped things around after the break, switching 19-year-old Andy Dickinson to stand-off.
Alas, for the Salford side, nothing changed as Corbett (who got four), Cunliffe and Craig Pulman all completed hat-tricks.
Dickinson added a brace of tries to 10 conversions; further scores came from Howard Hampson and Ryan
Grainey. Forwards Lee West and Craig Shotton were outstanding in the loose while hooker Ian Wells showed some nice touches in only his second game; flanker Danny Woodward worked
hard all day and in the backs Stewart Manning was always a big danger.
The Seconds fell 13-5 against, winger Dean Waterworth scoring a try.
The Thirds fell 19-5 at Bury, scoring the best try of the game through Simon Adams. Pete Mannion was outstanding.
LEIGH RU Minis & Juniors: U8s drew 7-7 with Eccles (MoM Sam Peet, a great tackling stint from Rory Drinnan, fine show from Adam Tustin, fine tries from James Hatton); U11s lost 14-10 to Eccles (Hammond, Woods).
