MANAGER John Coleman is urging all Accrington Stanley supporters to help his side across the finish line as they prepare for one last push in their battle for promotion.
The Crown Ground chief believes Stanley's huge travelling army tipped the balance in last Monday's nailbiting promotion thriller against Radcliffe at Stainton Park.
And, as the Reds prepare for the visit of Belper on Monday, Coleman believes the club's supporters can now cheer them to the championship.
"The fans were absolutely fantastic against Radcliffe," said Coleman.
"Even when we were 2-0 down they never stopped singing.
"And you have to take your hat off to them because it was probably worth a goal to us.
"But, to be fair, the fans have been brilliant all season.
"And I just hope they can get behind the lads again for these last two games to see us through because it does make a difference."
Stanley should be confirmed as champions if they see off Belper and then beat Farsley in their final home game next weekend. But despite the euphoria of Monday afternoon's victory -- which all but eliminated Radcliffe from the title race -- Coleman insists his squad are keeping their feet firmly on terra firma.
"The lads aren't getting carried away by it all, they still know they have a job to do," said Coleman.
"All the fans wanted us to come back out onto the pitch after Monday's game but the lads were adamant they didn't want to do it because we haven't won anything yet.
"And they certainly don't want to blow all their hard work now."
Meanwhile, Coleman ran the rule over Belper recently and he insists they will not come to the Crown Ground to lie down -- even though they have nothing to play for.
"We've beaten them twice in the league already this season but I watched them at Ashton recently and they looked a good footballing side.
"So it's certainly not cut and dried and they will come here looking to give us a tough game."
Coleman also has injury problems ahead of the clash as both he and fellow striker, Liam Watson, are currently nursing injuries picked up against Radcliffe.
Watson has a dead-leg and Coleman aggravated an old knee injury but at least one should play.
Midfield hard man Mark Brennan is missing through suspension, though, and Jay Flannery's season appears to be over.
