I HAVE to agree with Robert McDougall that the Holy Spirit is everywhere where Christians are living their lives for Jesus.
Even churches that are decadent, outdated ivory towers run by selfish clergy have a number of born-again believers living their own lives for Jesus, and that is why they are still open today.
If Robert would like to meet some lovely old ladies who go to church and live their lives as committed Christians I would challenge him to spend a week working in our charity shop at Cleveleys. I will introduce him to our 80-year-old worker who is a good example to lots of our young workers.
He would meet church members of all ages who are far from senile or being cranks. Join the real world Robert and don't judge the church by a few people who masquerade as Christians. The church is made up of people from all areas of society, and what a boring place it would be if that were not the case.
