WHILE I believe that dog owners should be made to clean up the animal deposits or pay a penalty, I also think this should also apply to horse owners.
My dear wife and I enjoy a walk along Cleveleys promenade but often find ourselves dodging the said deposits and, although we have witnessed the horses leaving their mess, we have yet to see a rider clean it up.
Secondly, I must express my disgust at the way Fleetwood Market is run. On a recent shopping trip I was sickened when I witnessed three shop/stall holders smoking cigarettes in full view of the public.
I watched these people as they, one by one, began to serve cakes, bread, fish and cheese products without washing their hands first. I had the intention of reporting the matter to the site office but was equally amazed when I found the occupants were doing much the same. The reek was nauseating and I went away without complaining for fear of verbal abuse.
I may seem like an old moaner to some readers, but I wish only the best for my family. Those mentioned above plainly feel otherwise.
