A NEW boss has been appointed by a greetings card giant.
Hallmark Cards, which owns the Hambledon Studios site on the Altham industrial estate, has appointed Ian Stuart as its new European chief executive.
He was previously head of Raxall Sundown, America's largest manufacturer of nutritional supplements.
"Ian has extensive experience in both marketing and global leadership and will bring tremendous strength," said Keith Alm, president of Hallmark International.
American-based Hallmark is behind products such as Crayola and card favourites Forever Friends, Country Companions, Harbottle and Peanuts which includes Snoopy and Charlie Brown.
